Recruitment Process
With our detailed recruitment process, we make sure that no stone is unturned when finding the right match for your organisation. We will ensure that we know the business inside out and identify the right skillset required to headhunt the best talent for you. We will create a tailored “Recruitment timeline” that meets both ours and your business expectations. Consequently, this allows a thorough search and selection process to take place. During this process you will be able to have access to where we are through our portal, this will be alongside daily selection updates from your designated consultant.

Search & Select
Once we have completed a thorough search, you will be presented with a shortlist (a date of which is agreed beforehand in our recruitment process timeline). All candidates will be interviewed via one of our consultants and tailored screening questions will be completed. With our interview-to-placement ratio of over 75%, we will make sure that the individuals that you meet fit the business culture and skillset required. We offer an extended “free replacement” period to ensure that you will have peace of mind when partnered with Fidus Recruitment.
